Wave Rock and Tin Horse Highway Day Trip from Perth

The adventure to Wave Rock is a 650km (plus) roundtrip from Perth taking us through the wide open landscapes, rolling farmlands, and the charming country towns of outback Western Australia. Wave Rock, is one of Western Australia's most iconic natural wonders, making it well worth the drive. It rises 15 metres high and stretches over 100 metres in length. The journey is about more than just reaching Wave Rock. Its an opportunity to discover the ever changing landscapes, rural character and historic country towns of the Wheatbelt region. If your booking end of July through September you'll see the bright yellow canola fields in bloom, bookings made during spring offer opportunities to view our wildflowers lining the county roads. On the way home we detour via the Tin Horse Highway, a collection of outback art made from recycled farming materials. Ballerinas made from 'junk' and a gigantic tin horse are some examples of the unique country sculptures on display.
