About this experience
Go beyond simply hearing the story of reggae—experience where its roots run deep. Explore Trench Town with a local guide, discover the people, places and stories that helped shape Jamaica's reggae legacy, and visit the historic Trench Town Culture Yard. Then step inside a local recording studio, vibe to music from community artistes and get behind the microphone to create your own approximately 30-second jingle or musical recording. Leave with your recording as a digital keepsake of your Reggae Roots Experience.
