Along the way, you'll learn about local produce, herbs, spices, and the essential ingredients that define Oaxacan cooking. From there, I'll take you to my home, where we'll prepare every dish completely from scratch. Throughout the class, I'll share family techniques, cooking secrets, and cultural traditions that have been preserved for generations. Once everything is ready, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the delicious meal we've created together, accompanied by: Traditional Oaxacan snacks Fresh aguas frescas Local beers Artisanal mezcals Mezcal cocktails and traditional curados To finish the experience, I'll drive you back to downtown Oaxaca, and you'll receive all the recipes so you can recreate these special dishes for your family and friends back home.
