Walk Like a Monk in Medieval Cappadocia (Night Hiking)

This is a night hiking experience — but not a typical one. We’ll walk through Cappadocia’s valleys after sunset, following old paths once used by monks and local communities. Along the way, we’ll explore rock-cut churches, frescoes, monastic spaces and the hidden stories of medieval Cappadocia. We’ll talk about early Christianity, monastic life, beliefs, symbols and the history of the region while experiencing the valleys in a completely different atmosphere after dark. More than a hike, it is a journey into the medieval soul of Cappadocia.
