360° panorama of Sukkertoppen mountain

Discover Sukkertoppen, one of the most emblematic mountains in Ålesund, on a guided small group hike. We will meet in the center of Ålesund and take a public bus to Hessa island. The ride is included and will allow us to get around like the local residents before starting the hike. From the start of the trail we will ascend through varied terrain, with wooded areas and stretches of open rock. As we gain altitude, we will enjoy views over Ålesund, the archipelago, and the coast. At the top of Sukkertoppen, 314 meters above sea level, we will enjoy a 360° panoramic view of Ålesund, the islands, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Sunnmøre Alps. We will have time to enjoy the landscape and take photographs with the local guide. After descending, we will take the same path and take the bus back to the center of Ålesund. Normal physical condition and appropriate footwear for walking is required.
