Then, it’s time to cook. Together, we’ll prepare a full Cretan dinner using farm-grown ingredients and time-honored recipes. You’ll knead, stir, and season alongside us, or simply observe, as we prepare a generous spread of dishes that reflect the soul of the island’s cuisine. Finally, dinner is served outdoors, next to the olive trees, with the aromas of herbs in the air and the warmth of authentic hospitality all around.
