You prepare your meal in a traditional outdoor kitchen at the junction of a river and a canal location connects you with history. For hundreds of years, spices were transported on barges that along the river and canal where you cook. The location connects you with nature. You cook in an outdoor kitchen next to the water. At sunset, hundreds of fruit bats fly overhead. Enjoy the meal you have prepared in our waterfront dining pavilion. Use authentic tools including an antique grinding stone, cooking utensils made from bamboo and coconut shells, and locally made terracotta pots.
