This experience takes place in the beautiful garden of the historic Solar Terra Brum, Pico’s oldest wine estate, located in the heart of the island’s UNESCO World Heritage vineyards. The Premium Tasting begins with an introduction to the history of viticulture in the Azores, followed by a guided tour of the former production facilities, where you will discover more about the estate’s winemaking heritage and traditions. The experience continues with a tasting of Adega do Vulcão’s complete wine range (7 wines in total), offering a true expression of Pico and Faial islands' unique volcanic terroir. The tasting is paired with a complimentary board of local cheeses, carefully selected to pair perfectly with the wines.
