This 1.5-hour guided walking tour of historic Estate Prosperity on St. Croix's west end traces sugarcane on the island from the colonial era to modern craft distilling. You'll explore scenic parts of the 180-acre estate overlooking the sea, including historic ruins, rebuilt structures and significant landmarks that reveal the layered past of the property and the people who shaped it. Your guide from Prosperity will explains how the island moved from plantation agriculture and rum production to today's focus on sustainable farming and craftsmanship. The tour ends with a guided tasting of our Farm Distillery spirits, made from sugarcane grown on the very land you just walked. Tours start every 30 minutes from 10:00am to 3:30pm, seven days a week.
