We'll visit La Taverna, a genuine farm-stay in the Apennine foothills. Stefano and his family will show us their working farm, from their friendly animals to their organic veggies, meat and honey production. We'll indulge in a 3-course lunch featuring the stars of the region: freshly rolled pasta, organic local meats and excellent wine. Then we'll drive to Dozza, where Walls Speak.
