Cheese no Koe is Japan’s first Hokkaido natural cheese specialist and the only shop in Japan established with backing from Hokkaido cheesemakers. Founded by Hokkaido natural cheese concierge Toru Konno, the shop brings you closer to the producers and their stories. Discover how cheese, Hokkaido sake and accompaniments such as miso and seaweed transform one another’s flavors. This private, 90-minute experience takes place inside our Kiyosumi-Shirakawa shop, with time for questions and personalized recommendations.
