Romantic Half Day Phnom Penh City Tour by Traditional Cyclo

Settle into a traditional cyclo and let Phnom Penh unfold around you at an unhurried pace, with nothing but open air between you and the city. Ride first to the Royal Palace, built in 1866 by King Norodom, where the Silver Pagoda takes its name from over 5,000 silver floor tiles and holds a gold Maitreya Buddha set with 9,584 diamonds. Continue to the National Museum, home to the world's largest collection of Khmer art, including the legendary statue of the Leper King among more than 5,000 objects on display. Finish at Wat Phnom, the hilltop shrine considered the birthplace of the city, before returning to your hotel. Travelling by cyclo brings you closer to Phnom Penh street life and supports the livelihoods of the city's traditional cyclo drivers. A relaxed, non-motorized way to see the city's essential landmarks in half a day.
