E-Bike Tour and Olive Oil Tasting in the Apulian Countryside

We've designed a pedal-powered route that, starting from Barletta, will take us to the archaeological village of Canne della Battaglia. Here, we will visit the sites made famous by the historic military clash during the Second Punic War, on August 2nd, 216 BC. We’ll explore the medieval citadel, the archaeological village, and all the "accessory" sites like the Masseria Canne, the Menhir, and the small rail station. Along the way, there will be a chance to enjoy a tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced by the Terre Balestrucci farm. At the end of the tasting, participants will receive a small gift. The bike excursion will be led by one of our certified guides, an expert of the area, and will take place in complete safety.
