A tribute to the memory and the hands that worked the earth. This tasting is dedicated to Tziu Betu, who cultivated the village's vineyards with respect, hard work, and love. To the three wines of All'ombra del Linas, a passito is added, a symbol of waiting, patience, and family tradition. Every glass is a story: of shared harvests, of ancient gestures passed down, of a deep connection with the vineyard and with those who made it alive before us.
