We begin at Ladurée, the legendary Parisian macaron house. This is your benchmark. Then discover a macaron maker known as the “Picasso of macarons,” with creations such as olive oil or cucumber. Next, enter the world of a Michelin-awarded chef. Then comes something unexpected: Korea! Try matcha, wasabi or black sesame and discover a different side of the macaron.
