Instructor by your side. try out. Course content: You get an insight into the fascinating underwater world. It's the first fin strokes under professional guidance with full diving equipment! In a theoretical introduction you will learn the most important basics of diving. Pressure equalization, underwater signs and how to use your diving equipment will be taught to you by experienced diving instructors in a relaxed atmosphere. Then you practice using your regulator and buoyancy compensator in the shallow water area and make your first fin strokes on the surface.
