About this experience
This is real sea turtle conservation, not a staged show. Release timing follows actual nesting activity, guided live by a marine biologist from Mazatlan's conservation program (OAP) — a genuinely wild moment, not a performance.
Hatching season runs September–December only. Spots are limited to protect the hatchlings, so book ahead to guarantee your date.
Watch a hatchling's first journey to the Pacific up close. Guests observe only, never handle — making this a real conservation encounter, not a photo-op.
The unforgettable part: your Sea Turtle Sponsor Certificate lets you symbolically name the hatchling released. Thanks to natal homing, turtles return 10–15 years later, as adults, to the exact beach they entered — the one you name today may return here full-grown. Kids get it free; adults can add an optional donation.
Then relax with a beachfront Day Pass in Cerritos — pool, beach, and (with the upgrade) a meal and drinks. Purpose and relaxation, one seasonal excursion.
