In cooperation with local farmers, a restaurant will be opened for that day only. A special farmhouse lunch using plenty of fresh local produce. The dishes, served on handmade bamboo plates, look and taste exceptional. Visitors can experience traditional cooking methods such as cooking rice in a wood-fired kamado and making kappo chicken steamed in a bamboo bowl.
