Starting at the heart of Thamel, we'll explore its iconic landmarks, hidden corners, and storied past while experiencing the dynamic energy it embodies today. Journey begins at Ga Hiti, an ancient stone water fountain. Next, we’ll visit Thambahi, the namesake of Thamel, an ancient monastery. We’ll then stop at Gunakar Mahavihar, another historic Buddhist monastery and we end the tour at the Shree Gha Stupa, also known as the "Mini Swayambhunath," a stunning smaller replica of the famed Monkey Temple. On the way to visit these ancient heritages, we will also experience downtown Thamel, with its lively streets, vibrant shops, cafes, and unique cultural blend.
