Palermo Sicilian cooking class with market tour and meal

Welcome to a truly authentic Sicilian experience in a local home in the heart of Palermo. This is not just a cooking class, but a full immersion into Palermo’s food culture and traditions. We will meet at the meeting point and walk together to my home. I will welcome you with Italian coffee and biscuits before we begin hands-on cooking experience. Together we will prepare fresh handmade pasta and a traditional Sicilian sauce. While the dough rests, we will explore Capo Market. Here you will experience local life, discover fresh ingredients, and enjoy a tasting of typical Sicilian street food. After the market visit, we return home to continue cooking together. We will complete meal and prepare a traditional Sicilian dessert. Then we will sit together and enjoy the meal with local Sicilian wine in a relaxed, friendly, and family-like atmosphere. Please note: I live with two friendly dogs, so guests should be comfortable around animals and enjoy a warm, informal home environment
