Lapland Arctic Ski Tour – Guided Wilderness Skiing on OAC Skis

This is skiing the Lapland way – quiet, unhurried and deep in nature. Our OAC wilderness skis combine a short touring ski with a built-in climbing skin, so complete beginners can explore untracked snow from the very first step. You are guided by a small local team who live in Äkäslompolo and know these forests and fells through every season. With a maximum of 6 guests, each tour is shaped around the group, the snow and the light – from the soft blue winter twilight to bright spring days. A fireside break in a wilderness hut, animal tracks in fresh snow and wide views over the Ylläs fells make this a gentle, memorable way to experience the Arctic.
