Distill your own Gin, Swan Valley, Saturdays 10am.

You will become the Distiller! You will custom create your own bottle of gin to take home using an individual pot still. Our experienced distillers will assist you to select botanicals for your personalised gin. Enjoy the educational session on distilling and our distilling process during the 2.5 hour session. Includes: - Gin & Tonic upon arrival - Gin tastings from our range - Lessons on making gin - Bottling & labelling your gin - 700ml bottle of YOUR personalised gin to take home.
