Unlike large cooking schools, this experience takes place in our home and is intentionally small, personal, and interactive. We don't see our guests as students sitting in a classroom. Chef Sergio is originally from Yucatán, one of Mexico's most celebrated culinary regions, and loves sharing family recipes, local traditions, and the cultural stories behind the food.
