In this hands-on experience, you will explore the fascinating world of mochi by making and tasting several varieties, each with its own texture, ingredients, and story. From soft and fluffy daifuku to flavorful dango and chewy, grilled savory mochi wrapped in nori seaweed, discover just how diverse Japanese mochi can be.
