Woodland Sauna Experience at Hamsterley Forest

What makes this experience truly special is the chance to move from the intense warmth of a wood-fired sauna straight into the cool, refreshing water of a natural forest waterfall. Surrounded by the wild beauty of Hamsterley Forest, you can heat up, step outside into the fresh woodland air, take an invigorating waterfall dip, then return to the sauna to warm through again. It’s a memorable contrast of fire, water and nature that feels adventurous, grounding and completely different from a traditional spa experience.
