Wine tasting and shake the wine

Discover a unique and friendly experience in the heart of ZEYSSOLFF, designed for a curious public and lovers of new sensations. A true immersion between tradition and creativity, where wine is reinvented in an unexpected form: the Cocktail. The tasting begins at the cellar, followed by the screening of an explanatory video on the production of Alsatian wines. Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels: unique in France. Then place to creativity and become a mixologist for a day: you will compose your own wine-based cocktail, playing with aromas, fruits, spices... To close this experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, your creations are tasted around a small gourmet meal, thought to accompany and enhance your cocktails.
