Private Tour The hills are alive: a tour to locations of the Sound of music film

A private Sound of Music day for your own group only, with a local driver-guide who picks you up at your Salzburg hotel. Up to 6 guests per vehicle. In Salzburg: the Mirabell Gardens and the Do-Re-Mi steps, Nonnberg Abbey above the old town where the real Maria was a novice, the lake at Leopoldskron and the gazebo at Hellbrunn Palace. Then out into the lake district, along Lake Wolfgang to the basilica in Mondsee, where the film wedding was shot. We tell the film story and the real von Trapp story side by side, stop for photos wherever you like, and suggest a good local place for lunch.
