About this experience
Escape the crowds and experience the beauty of Kyoto by the Sea at a relaxed pace.
Start your journey from Osaka, Tsurutontan Soemoncho at 8:00AM and head to Amanohashidate, one of Japan’s top three scenic spots. Here, you can admire the breathtaking sandbar from Amanohashidate View Land, visit the historic Chionji Temple, famous for its giant folding fan-shaped fortune slips and stroll across the Kaisen Bridge. During your visit, you’ll have time for lunch at your own expense.
Next, visit Ine no Funaya, a charming fishing village famous for its traditional boat houses ("funaya") that sit right on the water. Walk through the peaceful town, capture postcard-worthy photos, or take an optional boat ride to see the houses from the bay.
As the day winds down, sit back and enjoy a comfortable ride back to Osaka, reflecting on the scenic beauty and cultural richness of Kyoto by the Sea. This tour is perfect for travelers seeking a laid-back, immersive experience away from the crowds.
