Part A — Coffee Farm, Roasting & Tasting Walk through our plantation and learn how Arabica is grown, harvested and processed. During harvest season (Nov–Jan), you may even pick and sort ripe coffee cherries. Get hands-on with roasting as you learn how heat, timing and the first “crack” transform green beans. Roast your own batch, grind, hand brew and taste the coffee you’ve created while enjoying the peaceful farm setting. Part B — Brewing & Small Bites Pairing Continue your journey among the coffee trees. Explore five brewing methods—French Press, V60, Vietnamese Phin, Cold Brew and Moka Pot—and the stories and techniques behind each. Discover new expressions of coffee through five coffee-inspired creations, each served with thoughtfully prepared small bites from the farm.
