Coamo Hot Springs Day Trip from San Juan

This is our wellness day without the hiking. No trails, no river crossings: just a slow drive south, good food and a long, easy soak in the waters Puerto Ricans have been coming to for generations. We pick you up at your door in San Juan and take the scenic highway over the mountains. Your guide stows your walker or folding wheelchair, helps you in and out of the vehicle, and plans restroom stops along the way. Before reaching Coamo, we stop at a local spot for a snack or an early dinner, where you order whatever you like. At the hot springs, you set the pace. The warm pool has a ramp and handrails, and the hotter pool has steps with handrails. Shaded tables give you a place to rest between soaks, with plenty of time to cool off and go back in. On the afternoon trip, we catch the last light over the south coast, and you soak under the evening sky while the pools are lit. Then we drive you back to your door.
