Walk among the hobbit holes, visit the Green Dragon Inn and see Bag End, where Frodo and Bilbo's adventures began. From there, continue to Rotorua, where you visit Te Puia, a geothermal valley of bubbling mud pools and steaming vents, home to the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute and a Kiwi Conservation Centre.
