Cape Breton Oyster Shucking and Cider Pairing Experience

Hosted by Cape Breton’s only raw bar, this hands-on experience combines oyster shucking, guided tasting and cider pairing on the patio at Island Folk Cider House. Guests enjoy six oysters, a glass of locally crafted cider and stories about Atlantic Canada’s oyster culture, then take home their own shucking knife.
