Miso Making Experience and Fermentation Culture

This experience takes place in a real Japanese home kitchen, not a studio or school. Guests learn authentic miso making in a small group, guided by a local host with years of experience. The focus is on everyday Japanese food culture, fermentation, and warm personal interaction, rather than a commercial cooking class. Private sessions can also be arranged upon request.
