Castiglione, wine & ricotta tasting with Alcantara Gorges

This excursion will take you to discover the naturalistic part of Sicily. Departure from Taormina and continue towards the beautiful Etna village of Castiglione di Sicilia. Walk through the beautiful streets and visit the Castle of Lauria. Tasting of extra virgin olive oil accompanied by homemade bread. Then we will continue with the tasting of Sicilian cheeses and ricotta (baked), where you will have the opportunity to learn about the traditional method of production of ricotta that has been handed down from father to son for generations. Lunch and Wine Tasting in a family-run winery. We will continue towards Alcantara Gorges , where we will stop for 1 hour and enjoy the beautiful nature and surroundings. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Notes : We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes
