Enjoy award-winning Spanish tortilla with caramelised onions and goat cheese, Manchego cheese, fuet, a Basque-style gilda, a squid ink calamari sandwich with aioli, garlic mushrooms with chorizo, and freshly made churros with hot chocolate.
