This option is designed for travellers who prefer a lower price and can meet us at one of the listed points instead of using hotel pickup. The meeting-point system keeps the early-morning route simpler, more direct and more reliable. Hotel pickup and hotel drop-off are not included. Return transfer is included back to the same meeting point after sunrise. We normally go to Pico do Arieiro, but if weather or visibility conditions are not favourable, an alternative viewpoint may be used to provide the best possible experience. Please bring warm clothing, as summit temperatures can be much lower than in Funchal. Toilet facilities may be limited.
