Fajã do Além Guided Hike on São Jorge Island

Fajã do Além is one of São Jorge’s best-preserved and most isolated coastal settlements. With no road access and only this demanding walking trail connecting it to the higher ground, the fajã retains a rare sense of tranquillity and authenticity. This experience combines hiking with the natural and cultural history of São Jorge.
