[About Chef Masaya Toyoshima]
Born in 1984, Chef Toyoshima honed his skills at major hotel restaurants before joining Hoshino Resorts' "Yukawatan" as Sous Chef. After launching "Hoshinoya Fuji" in 2015, he became captivated by hunting and opened his own restaurant "TOYOSHIMA" in 2017.
In 2024, he became the Executive Chef of Restaurant SAI.
