Wine Tasting in an Old Millstone

A tasting of 4 selected Etna wines will be accompanied by fantastic local foods, for a consistent sensory journey. The food tasting will begin with a sample of Evo Oil of Nocellara dell'Etna, produced in the countryside of our company and continue with three different flavored MYetna oils. Continue with a rich platter with typical cold cuts and Sicilian cheeses. Local products will be presented accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers, sautéed wild vegetables and the famous Sicilian Caponata. The tasting will end with a dessert of ricotta (a kind of fresh cheese), chocolate and homemade pistachio cream of Bronte, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.
