Arctic Night E-Fatbike Adventure in Ruka

Explore Ruka’s backcountry on a guided evening e-fatbike excursion through dark, snow-covered forests and winter landscapes. Equipped with high-powered lights and stable winter tires, you will smoothly navigate the night-time snowpack. Your local expert guide, Visa, adapts the route in real time to match the group's fitness and cycling experience, ensuring a comfortable and cohesive pace. Away from the resort’s ambient glow, riding in the pristine darkness maximizes your chances of witnessing the spectacular Northern Lights. Along the way, Visa will share fascinating insights into the Arctic wilderness. Midway through the adventure, the group will pause at a scenic viewpoint surrounded by stunning tykkylumi (heavy crown snow) trees. Here, you can immerse yourself in the deep silence of the winter woods, hunt for the Aurora Borealis, and warm up with hot berry juice and local snacks before riding back.
