At Oud Beersel, guests work with real Lambics selected from our own barrels and learn how age, wood, acidity and fermentation shape the final blend. Guided by our team, they taste, compare, blend, bottle and personalise their own creation. It is an authentic, small-scale experience that brings visitors closer to the craft, heritage and living tradition of Lambic brewing.
