About this experience
Krka National Park is a 75-kilometre-long complex of travertine waterfalls of the Krka River, the largest such complex in Europe. Its largest waterfall, Skradinski buk, is 46 metres high and has 6 cataracts over which the Krka River gushes having the strongest flow in spring and fall.
The park contains numerous footpaths leading through lush and invigorating vegetation, as well as wooden bridges crossing the river alongside the waterfalls. You will also visit the autochthonous ethno village with reconstructed old mills and the house exhibiting the ancient trades. After exploring the park, we will take a boat to Skradin, a beautiful ancient town. In Skradin, you can enjoy a tour of the city and have the opportunity to swim in the Krka River, as Skradin features a stunning river beach.
