Your experience begins with a beachside classroom session, where our professional instructors will introduce you to the basics of scuba diving, including safety procedures, communication techniques, and equipment use. Once you're comfortable, you'll enter calm, shallow water for a confined water training session, where you'll practice essential skills and take your first breaths underwater. After gaining confidence in the shallow water, you'll embark on a guided ocean dive along one of St. Thomas' vibrant coral reefs.
