With the help of either master baker JoJo or one of her fantastically-trained staff, learn the art of making a chocolate truffle. We put the flavours in your hands and let you get as experimental as you like. You won't leave empty-handed, and whether its BYOB or tea after tea, we'll make sure you've got everything you need for our 2-hour class to 2.5 hour class!
