Florence and Siena tour from Rome in one day

The ideal occasion to know two masterpieces of absolute beauty; Florence links its name to that of the Medici family. A dynasty that enriched the city with sumptuous architectural works, gathering the most important artists of the era. Siena was inhabited by various families in the districts and that, in turn, they shared its government. In Siena the first modern bank was born, its main square, political and commercial center, hosts the most unique and famous event in the world: the Palio, a horse race between 10 of the 17 "Contrade," the districts of Siena, which takes place twice a year. Siena is also the city of the Duomo, a masterpiece of architecture, the home of "Ricciarelli," exquisite cookies made of butter and almonds. And the tour concludes with a culinary experience at one of the oldest wineries in the area where you will taste a wide selection of locally produced wines and enjoy a Tuscan lunch up to every expectation.
