You will learn how to prepare the dough, under the careful Guide of our Pizzaiolo, starting from flour and yeast, discovering techniques and secrets to obtain a fragrant and tasty pizza. You will prepare the classic Pizza Margherita and you can create other variations, even, ON REQUEST, in VEGETARIAN version. And then, at the table! You will taste the pizza you have prepared, sharing it with the other participants in a cheerful and convivial atmosphere, accompanied by Sicilian Red Wine and Limoncello. Finally, you will attend a Show Cooking dedicated to Sicilian Cannolo and you can stuff it with excellent fresh ricotta. Knead, bake, taste and experience the authentic taste of Italy through its pizza! The course is available for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 16 people.
