At your own discretion you can decide to visit a local farm that produces Buffalo mozzarella (Please note that the visit to the farm and the tasting of the products are not included in the tour pice) You will have the opportunity to see the entire process from milking the buffalo to making mozzarella. During this visit you can also taste all their typical products such as ricotta, scamorza and other Buffalo milk cheeses.
