With the help of your host you will prepare your own ingredients and cook 1 dish from scratch. I will teach you basics about Ghanaian ccoking and techniques that you can easily repeat at home. I will share my tips on food preparation and other little secrets. Please let me know if you have some dietary restrictions in advance. After cooking we will enjoy our food under our beautiful pergola. One extra dish will be added in for variety. Food will be paired with local Ghanaian drinks.
