Your local guide takes you through the Green Bazaar (Yaşıl Bazar), the city’s busiest fresh market, to meet the vendors and taste seasonal produce, spices and local specialties. You’ll learn what really goes into Azerbaijani cooking. Next comes a sit-down tasting of 10+ classic dishes at a restaurant on Nizami Street, with your guide explaining the history and regional roots of each plate.
