Each pintxo is carefully selected according to your dietary preferences, allergies, or intolerances, and many of the specialties you'll taste are the kind that would be difficult to discover or order on your own. Beyond the food, you'll learn what makes a pintxo different from a tapa, the different styles of pintxos, and why San Sebastián has earned its reputation as Europe's food capital.
